Built a repeatable monthly ETL and reporting workflow with Excel/VBA and Python/pandas. It cleans and consolidates 48 CRM CSVs (~480,000 historical rows) plus ~10,000 new records per month, and it cut preparation time from 45 to 10 minutes (78%).
Standardized service values, names, dates, and data types, reconciled row counts and totals against source reports, and removed the ~20% of records that were non-patient schedule blocks and would have distorted productivity metrics.
Delivered Tableau and Excel reporting covering 15 clinicians, 5 services, and 2 locations, which helped leadership identify the highest-grossing and most frequently delivered services.
Supported about 10 patients per in-person day in a HIPAA-compliant setting. Built 3 protected Excel test forms with VBA macros, automatic scoring, data validation, and conditional formatting.

BYU–Idaho ETL Pipelines course, individual 10-week project · Project write-up

Built a local ETL workflow that extracted Open-Meteo weather data, MongoDB stock data, and news data, then wrote pandas transformations to normalize the sources and engineer sentiment values for downstream modeling.
Adapted course templates for the Airflow DAGs, Docker services, and Snowflake loading. Wrote the transformation logic independently and completed the API extraction code with faculty guidance.
Fixed container startup and scheduling failures using active-container checks, Airflow logs, and YAML configuration, then loaded the integrated dataset into Snowflake.

BYU–Idaho coursework

Designed relational databases from scratch and reverse-engineered existing schemas into data models, normalizing them to 3NF.
